Hi Kristy and sweet family! Tallow is so good and it is not that hard to render down. We used to do two hogs and one beef each year. We make craklin cornbread, so good. Thanks for sharing the rendering of tallow. Have a blessed day!

I have the exact same crockpot, the off, low and high words are completely gone, but I know where they are. Lol!
