@SachinPullil sir I have a question!. For GRE shall we opt for coaching like byju's or any other coaching centre?. Do you recommend joining a coaching class for GRE or is it okay to just practice the manhattan and Princeton and etc books on daily basis along with test series without any coaching classes?. Please reply sir! 🙏

Hi Sachin, Actually am in a great dilema of whether to give the GRE examination in July or in September for Fall2022 intake. Can you please help me out with which one is the best option. It's been a month I've been studying and I feel I just recently got a grip plus my friends and other seniors are like give it during July. So lots of suggestions are confusing me. So can you please give me a clear cut view of what will happen if I give exam during July and if I give during September month. It's a huge humble request to please address my question

Hey..which type of test do you think is better.? Paper based or computed based.? which one did you choose.?
@SachinPullil1503 жыл бұрын
Computer-based is what 99% of people take. I can't think of any tactical advantage one would have over the other, especially because I took the computer-based test and never felt like I should have taken the paper-based one. Also, in the computer-based test, you get your unofficial scores right away so that's nice.
@mallikaadi6253 жыл бұрын
@@SachinPullil150 Hey..firstly thanks for responding. I got this doubt because there maybe this unscored section in computer based..and in worst case scenario..what if that’s the section where I attempt let’s day 16 questions confidently and all of those go unscored..where as in actual test section I unfortunately attempt only 10 questions properly..( ofcourse I’d answer everything but I’m hypothetically talking about the rightly chosen answers). And I’m not sure if I’m clear..
@SachinPullil1503 жыл бұрын
@@mallikaadi625 Yes, the test section is the main difference between the two types. There's also the alternate case where the section you had difficulty with is the test section and the other two were scored. So it can even be a plus-point. Anyway, the convenience and date flexibility of the computer-delivered test is probably why it's more popular.

Sir what's the target score for biological and life sciences program such as neuroscience or pharmacy? I'm a student currently pursuing bachelors in Pharmacy
@SachinPullil1503 жыл бұрын
A good target score is always 320, regardless of the program. That puts you at the 80th percentile approx which gives you a nice competitive edge for most unis. Of course, the better the rank of the university, the higher the score you'll need to be competitive.
