Beginner Snowboard Vlog | Spring Snow in Perisher, Australia

Michael decided to learn to snowboard again on the last weekend of the Australian snow season 2020. Had plenty of fun trying and plenty of falls and will definitely be back next season.

What’s up guys?! Fellow riders here and wanted to stop by to say hey. Not bad on the snowboarding, just try to keep that edge facing the top of the mountain engaged and you will avoid a lot of those tumbles from catching the wrong edge. You also can help your heel turns by keeping a bit more weight on on the front foot, you get too much on the back foot and it causes you to wash out. Overall you had a pretty good session though, a lot of people can’t even get down the hill the first couple times out. Stick with it, it will eventually click and feel really natural. Also if you have any questions, let us know, been riding a long time and can prob help out :)

You made it look so easy. Ive been on 2 ski trips and still can't stop on skis. Go again in 6 weeks. Going to give boarding a go. Looks easier to stop lol

@@carolinelane9599 we’ve been skiing since we were 5... it takes some time to get used to, but it’s so fun once you do. I skied about 10 years and have boarded for 10 years now...boarding is def harder to learn, but they are both really awesome!
