Don't put your weight back! This is what's holding you back from turning smoothly 😜 You got this girl! Keep it up 💪 PS: WTF is wrong with you people in the comment section. Pouring negativity on someone else's videos, just to feel better, just because someone did that to you, too? You are the losers ones, not her.

couple of tips, dont be stiff, a lot of skiers are like a stick and have no flexability, one of the biggest improvements is just letting your body be free, and dont be afraid of speed, you will naturally bend your knees

I think that comes with time. I just went for the first time last weekend, and it's difficult not to be more stiff when you always feel like you're gonna fall, need to be alert, or are trying not to go too fast. However, on the bottom of slopes, and less inclined areas, I was a lot more relaxed and loose. Definitely right about the knees. I watched a bunch of videos before I went that said to bend the knees, which I thought was weird to make yourself do for such a long time. But I didn't even think about it once and my brother eventually said "you're keeping your knees bent, which is good". That felt very natural.

Let your feet and LEGS steer the skis , keeping your shoulders and zipper line facing downhill. This is called " upper, lower separation". This ability to twist the legs into the turn Without your upper body turning also, will allow you to become a better, more efficient, balanced skier!! Without the ability to upper and lower separate and steer only with your legs, .It is hard to improve past the point where you are now! I am a ski instructor trainer. And that's what I would work with you on.... Leg steering foot steering and not steering with the upper body..... Keep that zipperline facing down the hill. Please look up some videos on upper lower separation. That thing said your balance is good.Your rhythm is good and you look relaxed..... If you could learn to Steer with your legs and light your upper body Face down the hill while doing it, You would improve greatly to the next level!!!!

Stop twisting your upper body and you'll be in more control. Flex at the ankles first. Turns start from the bottom up. Get out of the backseat when you find yourself sitting back.

@@lifeisbeautiful2023a Twist at the waist to keep you torso facing downhill, plus try to keep you uphill arm ahead of your torso.

I can only do parallel turn on gentle slopes, if the slope get steeper I start losing control even on greens
