I am a beginner. And I am a big fan of yours. I'd watched your videos & learn from your videos completely and these videos are very helpful for me. Thanks for your coaching Mr.Z

one of many tutorials, but by far the best - as others have mentioned you speak clearly and use a quality microphone and you don't have any distracting noise in the background and of course the way things are explained is very good for an absolute beginner (like me) to understand

Are you using default settings? For some reason, I have three boxes next to my cursor when I perform commands and you seem to have only two. What do these differences mean, and how can I change them?

Also I seen where you "undo" really fast. As far as I have seen the only way is to click it up top or to key in "U" then select undo. As somebody who has a habbit of zooming in and out of my drawing frequently the undo is a pain. Is there a way to undo actions only and tell it to not "undo" zooms? I would like to specifiy a short key to undo and redo but i do not know how to assign a key in autocad or where the menu is. Also when extending a line it goes in increments of 0.50 i saw it was a option when i first started but can not find that menu i would like to set it to 0.01. I know you can key in the exact value you want but sometimes i dont want to do the math to get there any help would be appreciated

@hunterbowie81329 жыл бұрын
+Matagordamudderz I believe you can just hit the u key and then enter to undo your latest command. Not entirely sure with how to redo on the fly, r then enter maybe? Still just learning myself
