This is genius!!! Wonder of it can be done to look like nebulas? the chunky silver maybe a bit of white around that, then cover with black glitter... OOOOh would love to see a tutorial like that. I might just go try it myself. lol. but we love to see your creativeness. is that a word?

Can you use regular sandpaper or is it better to use a sanding block?

Whichever is easier for you!

When I use regular sandpaper it scratches the cup or the color goes dull when I woke it with the 91% alcohol the scratches and the dullness are still there
