@@rcheatbustafans4859 nah it’s not really secrets everything I’m showing yall is really just the right way of doing things most these company’s should be doing videos like this but they don’t soo here we are ima show yall exactly how I build my cars start to finish what most people don’t understand is don’t matter how good the build is the driver has to have a lot of skill aswell to identify what the system wants to increase speed or better yet what it don’t want lol

That is one heck of a build. What is the total cost please? I keep mine basically standard, but for 4 mods. i) Perfect pass drive cup to rear drive shaft. ii) A section of fuel pipe on the damper rod to limit rear damper movement down to about 3mm. Change damper oil to 2k and set (standard) spring preload to maximum. If you remove the top cap you can use the damper rod top nut to turn the rod back into the lower mount. Then fill damper with oil and replace top cap. Makes fitting fuel pipe to limit damper movement a lot easier.... iii) Change rear uprights to aluminium ones (after market to be honest because they are very cheap on Ali Express et al).. iiii) Add Hobao lower arm CF brace plates, which are cheap at £8 each. I change the mounting screws to (counter sunk) M3 as the supplied M2.5 can (read do and errr have...) rip out. Apart from the PP drive shafts / cups set the above costs less than £40 per car.... I like how you quietly throw away the left hand thread lower damper mounting bolts.... I do not understand why Hobao do that??? The damned things can cause a lot of confusion if they get mixed up in a box of right hand thread screws that are silver too...

@@Weiun yeah it could be more on the pricey side, but it’s built tough to withstand crashes and more importantly built to withstand minimal maintenance on a high performance run over and over and over I have some cars that been running 190+ miles an hour single motor built identical to this, and I literally run them all season without doing anything to the car for me. My focus is in the gearing and battery preparation to get max performance out of the build so I preferred to build the vehicle to where I don’t have to even worry about it ever again until it takes a ridiculously hard hit you will end up paying for that type of bill, but it does turn out to be a high performance work of art if you ask me

@@rtz549 yes I’ve built them. They’re more of a novelty the amount of weight the tires can’t withstand that type of power and weight. They just explode and you’re very expensive RC car becomes destroyed. Most of the time snapped in half because it’s so long and heavy.

@@dexterdcdexter I agree with you 100% on building the community by doing videos like this. That’s the exact reason why I do it. I wish there was something like this when I started lol but on the building a Rosa type event in the US it’s actually going to probably happen this year at the end of the season this winter I’ve worked on relocating to a longer strip so I got access to a 4000 foot raceway. I’ve been going back-and-forth with the promoters and it will happen more than likely there will be an admission. We’re still working on the numbers now, but I’m definitely setting it up. I will probably announce in the beginning of the season around spring and hopefully have it promoted with companies as well
