I have never done this kind of art and I have to say that with this video I have been blown away, definitely will try this!!. One tiny suggestion, with whatever paint is on the balloon when you do the kisses, have some art paper if you do any type of art journaling, and press it on those papers so that you can later on cut them and add them to your art journal. Thank you so so so so much for this video❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hi Gilly. I have a question. The Elmer's Glue All is white. Wouldn't that make your pouring medium have a white color to it? Making the colors you mix with it lighter and not the true bottle color? Thanks for your help!

Your video came up in my feed and it sounded interesting so I watched it. I am so glad I did! I love the way you explained every aspect of your work. I have thought about doing acrylic painting but it seemed awfully expensive (I am on a fixed income) and I could not afford the cost. I am going to look into that and I think if I budget it right I will be able to do it. I love the balloon kiss technique and I would love to try it! I am going to subscribe so I can learn more from you! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your craft! Much ❤️❤️❤️ from the USA! 🇺🇸

I lost my son in March this year. 66 years old and have never experienced depression ever, until now. The medical professionals have me on the usual suspects when it comes to drugs mostly experimental looking for one that works. Concentration and forgetfulness is my biggest issue (besides the overwhelming pain and sadness from losing a child). I saw a video of yours where you pressed a round canvas into the paint and I immediately subscribed. I am going to try after watching THIS particularly video showing step by step the how’s. My entire point of this comment is to thank you for sharing and getting me excited about something again. I’m not 100% over 2 videos I know that, BUT for over an hour I did not constantly think of why! 🥹🙂
@gillykubeartАй бұрын
Aww so sorry to hear, I can’t imagine the pain of losing a child but I know I would not cope either. Art has saved my sanity so many times over immense sadness and diagnosis of cancer news. I’m healing and doing great and my art is everything to me to take away dark thoughts. Please have a go and enjoy, no pressure, if something doesn’t work out just scrape wet paint off and start again, I guess just as we have to do in life 🥰🥰 take care

1) WARM... H2O. 2) Thicker, not thinner, paints for "Gilly kisses". When learning too much all at once, it's the little things that I forget. If not for this video I'd still be frustrated & not know why I can't get it right. T. U.! I got some Global "keep it simple" medium, hoping it will help me with cells, which I cannot make happen. Was mixing the KIS medium with few paints last night & it wasn't mixing together easily ~ forgot the word "warm" in my notes of months ago. Bet it will make difference! Updated my notes.☺️
