Hello AF. Thx for your video. It's very helpful. I'm on console, Eureka Farms, FS22. For the chickens it's asking for base food (60%) and I don't know what this is. I gave them wheat and sunflowers but they still aren't producing any eggs. So, what is the base food that I have to give them? Thanks for your help.

Hi In FS 22 the chickens only require wheat barley or sorghum, in any combination, not sure about that map your on, might be different. Thanks for watching!

Hey Dude, you can't transport Chickens in a transport trailer you have to buy them from the animal dealer,

I use the chicken crate that carries 8 chickens , although it is a mod

I am using a mod map but I’m using the base chicken coop and my chickens health is still not going up is this because of the mod map?

Could be the issue, as long as the chickens have water and food, you should be good to go

Not on console, apparently you can change them on PC, handy if you have a few different ones on the go

Might be possible on PC with a mod, but not sure, I play on console.

@@affarmzdefinitely possible to get chicken transport mods. The best one in my opinion is taking the chicken 360 chicken pallet mod and placing them onto a flatbed trailer of your choice you can now max out way more chickens than needed depending on how many you have. There is also a trailer that does take chickens though the 360 you really only need 1 unless your using the 5000 chicken production mod or something like the new man Húrjit or whatever it is Hungarian map very small but huge slot count and 2 custom made chicken sections for 1000 chickens each. The cool thing is it splits the 1000 chickens into the 4 different buildings rather than 4000 chickens. Though I still deleted it and placed in the 5000s and now have the ability to do 20,000 chickens in 2 yards side by side while farming. I like to max produce things lol max number of animals possible and then try my best to keep up with the farming process to feed them all lol it gets really tough sometimes. I’ve also found every mod needed for a miniature machine farm running.

That’s so dumb FS 19 I did a load of testing for animals and answering questions this time around I haven’t. In FS19 for every so many chickens (I have it witten somewhere can’t remember rn) I think it was per 5 chickens to 1 rooster you had breeding so if you had 20 you’d want 4 roosters. Now it’s just cosmetic that feels like it’s going backwards completely simplifying the simplest animal which is quite dim.

Totally agree, hopefully the next game they can make things a bit more in depth.
