I can hula hoop in both directions but can’t get the hang of walking or dancing while hooping! Do you have any suggestions on how I can get this down? Thank you!

I feel like my problem is that I also have and use the one that is snug to your body and the ball rotates around via a tether. Infinity hoop, but the generic version. I can’t seem to break that rhythm to get my new regular 3lbs hoop up. I’m not discouraged yet, but I do feel stupid because I can’t get this thing sorted. I’m so glad you’re here with videos like this.
