What would be great to really dive into more rythem displacement plyometric grooves. That can change our perception and hide the main pulse. A song that Virgil Donati does this In this Life song were the Guitar is playing diffrent odd grouping and Virgil is playing a 12/8 feel on top of it. I think for Advanced drummers that are trying to take there Drummer to an even more advanced level . If you want to go in a direction in helping them also not just beginners that would be great.

It starts simple enough, then I try it and 1/2 a measure in my limbs get all discombobulated. I’ll keep practicing 👍🏽. The Click and me are getting to know each other better so that’s cool.

It’s a great way to develope your timing. Especially when you practice with a metronome.

Poly rhythms just means a lot of rhythms to only be used when musically appropriate the base groove of most music is what's important less is usually better blast beats I thought could be slowed down because music is better with more space between notes 6 /8 rhythms are one of my favourite
