LED lights are the worst for the eyes. I can't look at them, they're awful, even cars which have LED lights, if they are driving towards me with LED, I have to push my eyes away from the LEDS. I hope one day, opticians can expose how this type of light is not good for your eyes. Your video explanation is good though. thanks
