When I got my first tech job and Chuck E Cheese in the mid 90s, the head tech said had some video courses on working tech, by Randy Fromm. A couple years later, at a second tech job for a namco arcade, the manager said if I wanted to learn tech stuff, I should look up a guy named Randy Fromm. 🥰
