Couple of suggestions: VEAL CHOP Describes changes in baseline, not only decels as an accel is not a decel. Also when palpating contractions you should use the "palmar surface" of fingertips as these are most sensitive, not the palm of hand.

I’m glad you found it helpful. Two important points, Heart rate Variability is key and uterine resting tone of greater than 60 seconds is needed for adequate refilling of the spiral arteries.
