I've heard just about every instance of Jerry telling this story and I still love it just the same. The dude is a legend and a national treasure. I live in east Tennessee but kind of want to go to Memphis to see his place.

Absolutely! He needs to be in the WWE hall of fame. Andy Kaufman brought pro wrestling into the mainstream. I think the McMahon family is still pissed they turned him down and Lawler snatched him up

would love to see jerry put out a chronological compendium of andy's work in CWA. vince would want to control it i'd guess, although a non-wwe release would be attractive, even though jerry's a long time working partner with them
