Everything you've stated is *correct!* I do all of the above depending on if I'm performing rituals, coming home from work or going to work and/or been around a group of people in any public setting (shopping, dinning, any event, etc.etc.) I wear my necklace, the Ankh with the eye of Horus in the middle for protection (I blessed it for protection of course). Using Florida Water 💦 is great for protection as well. Put it in the floor wash and including doing window seals, walls, and doors. Spray over yourself (place in spray bottle) before leaving out and coming back home. Rub on pulse areas and the back of the neck area. Use at work. Use in an electric diffuser as well. Sea salt, Black salt or regular salt can be use for protection of the home 🏡 and keeping negative people away as well. Using various herbs at home 🏡 or carry on you? One of my favorite ways to low key cleanse is in my shower. I will usually spray some Florida water and burn incense and just focus all the things that have stuck to me through the week to be washed away down the drain. -after using crystals for a long time I recently learned that many crystal harvests are done so without the best interest of the planet. I have a LOT of crystals and would like to start returning them to the earth, and only keep a couple behind to work with so I can have a greater relationship with the ones I do use, as opposed to my energy being divided. I also think it’d be helpful to have people to share them with so they’re getting used more regularly as opposed to being decorations which most of mine have become. One of the saddest crystal harvests I’ve seen is rose quartz, people in other countries being overworked in dangerous conditions only making enough money to scrape by while the big distributors make hella bank… its sad -cord cutting… I once heard the case that people may be better off pulling out cords instead of cutting them, because if you look at cords like plants, when you cut them at the surface, their roots remain in the soil and can generate new stalks, and even come back more aggressively. Jess are you familiar with this at all? What’s your take? - I don’t often do rituals, it is something I’m considering getting back into… just yesterday I noticed that I’d been acting out of alignment and falling back into old habits. Routine has been something I’ve avoided- probably because I never developed a healthy association with it in childhood. However it seems changing my actions and embracing new routines will be beneficial for this phase in my life. On that note, my opinion is that energies separate from my self don’t attack me directly- especially because at a higher level separation is an illusion, and if I’m ever “attacked” it’s to show me an aspect of myself that I have not integrated… or alternatively if I’m falling into old habits it can be because I’m not in touch with myself and spirit, or because I’m not connecting with nourishing energies enough whether that’s through people or through media, or even the places I find myself in. Franklin, cuteness overload 💕 another great crystal, which I was intuitively called to use for protection and healing, is Shungite. I have the tumbled stones in the bottom of my filtered water jar and I have bracelets as well as a little pyramid on my bedside table. Swimming in the Ocean is an amazing energy cleanser, as well as sitting in the sun. During my meditation I call in the violet flame to clear and transmute any negative energy and align Chakras and clear and cleanse any low vibration energies from my field and I call on Archangel Michael and his sword of truth to cut any chords/attachments. 2 weeks ago i had a vivid dream of mice trying to go in my body from the back of my neck and I was screaming. I didn’t know that the back of the head or neck is important to protect. Thanks for that 🙏🏼… I felt like I had to Detox and that’s exactly what I did. One other thing that happened to me 1 month a half ago I found a turmaline crystal outside the door of my car, I didn’t know If it was ok or not to grab it 🤷🏻‍♀️ I gave myself a couple of minutes to feel what my intuition was telling me and it was ok for me to take it. This has been on my mind for about three weeks now. We all know that Birth Control can ease cramps and so many of us were on it early for this reason. I was on birth control for cramps on and off for years, but finally gave it up because it made me depressed and killed my libido. I've tried all sorts of natural cures to fix the problem, and finally have figured it out. I went from having literally debilitating cramps where I couldn't go to work, to having cramps that are manageable with ibuprofen. I still feel pretty wiped out but it is an INCREDIBLE improvement. These 2 main things that have worked for me: Milk thistle, and cutting out sugar from my diet. Milk thistle is a liver purifying herb, so it helps your body process/ get rid of estrogen. This means you don't have so much 'stuff' that your uterus has to get rid of, so less cramps. Cutting out sugar sounds simple, but it is NOT easy. Literally everything has sugar in it. And, you can't just have less sugar, I really had to have NO sugar before I noticed a difference. But, it's so worth it. Sugar causes hormone problems and ALSO causes inflammation, so getting rid of it is really important. TLDR; take milk thistle herb and stop eating sugar to get rid of cramps w/o birth control. Lots of things have happened with protection jewelry I spent a few dollars on them for them to break often. I had this one break around my neck as was walking out of a house I was living in I felt an energy behind me. Plus you guys my side walk was less than 20 ft from the building of funeral home 🏡 to my right as I walked out it was behind behind the buildings were right next and level with length and all that. So that little house I lived in was full and interesting I will not go back there it’s dark i didn’t spend a lot of there either. I was very angry and emotional there too. I have been stressed lately and have been taking a break from social media due to seeing people's comments calling witches and spiritual practitioners satanic and that we need to bring back the Salem days. I have become fearful of neighbors, friends, and certain family finding out about my practice due to comments like these. I receive a witches roots box and I get a variety of things and I use it all and as for my pendants I get from the boxes I use them as my talisman for protection when I am going out for my walks and I also use my oils and aura spray as well. Thanks for this video! I was in a beautiful meditation and felt a loving, holy and very powerful light go in from the back of my neck. It felt as though my brain, my head illuminated!
