Got to keep smiling! The job is tough enough as it is, positivity is key ☺️ as always, we appreciate the support on our videos. Do you feel like behaviour management is a personal strength of yours, or a goal?

Thank you 🙏🏻 love your videos. I often give children who have a livelier personality more responsibility. I create monitor jobs and this works well. If children don’t click and say unkind words, I have found intervention groups work well. Putting those children together more and given them turn taking games to play. Trial and error.

Do you have any behaviour management tips specifically for substitute teachers? I loved this video and found your ideas really useful. Thanks

My no.1 tip for new teachers "The more you tolerate the more you HAVE to tolerate." But be sure to don your softest velvet gloves when using your iron fist. Focus on positive discipline rather than punishment. When we have to punish our students it usually we who are beaten. :(

We will work on this! Thank you ☺️ and Malta sounds interesting , we want to move somewhere else in a couple of years so maybe I’ll message you about Malta at some point if that’s okay 😍
@rominaabela926 жыл бұрын
Sure :) However I don't think it's a good idea to consider Malta if you're looking for a good salary :(

For Teachers got in my Korean teachers face, swore at her, and slammed a door in her face, and made her tear up

Playing cards, Angel Therapy or Tarot, or other specialized cards are tools to sync in with universal wisdom. Link to such a message with playing cards- lnkd.in/dAh4Yyf . Also, conduct an Online Intuition Development workshop. Includes Angel card reading, connection with guides, dream interpretation, in a group, or exclusively.

No worries! Have you got any more questions about behaviour management? We are making a part 2 soon!

too vague, not helpful. Need specific examples. Say a child is talking too much while sitting on the mat and you ask them to move and they say no, what do you do next?
