Jagex used to have a customer service that you could call when you had issues, the problem came from people who lost items in the wild or got scammed were blowing up the line so they had to shut it down

For the imbued heart: There could be a "check" after 99 slayer to see if the player has an imbued heart/slayer gem in their collection log? And if they do not, there could be an increased rate (such as double the rate) of the superior monster dropping either of those uniques. I don't think there should be an increase on "superior monster spawning" that is found within the slayer cape/skill. That should continue to be given to combat achievements or other things of that nature? (Even added to achievement diaries would provide additional benefit to people who train all of their skills and not just combat...)

I bought my imbued heart off the Grand Exchange. Getting a mega rare drop to us regular players means a pay day. Irons kind of signed up for this. Maybe divine ancient brews could work as an in between item? The imbued heart can continue to go to very lucky, or very dedicated irons. If they make the imbued heart less rare, they should give some of that rarity to the Osmumtem's Fang.

Just allow the slayer cape to be in the inventory kind of like the B2b slayer tasks. Give it the similar code and just allow it to roll x% on the superior table twice each kill.

Currently anyone who gets a gem is sad because it could have been a heart. Move the heart entirely to something that is farmable, or some sort of slayer boss, could even make it DWH rarity and that's fine. Add two more drops to the superior table but like the eternal gem they're both intended to be utility based. Eternal Gem of Slaughter and Eternal Expeditious Gem. Make it so all the Superior drops are utility so going dry on them doesn't actually matter that much it's just QoL. And you aren't hamstrung into Turael skipping for smoke devils for like 15m xp

I think a good way of making the imbued heart not so rare is making it available with slayer points. Have someone figure out how many points you'd get in ~20m slayer xp and make it cost like 75% of that many slayer points or something. That way you can grind it out within 20mish xp or if you get lucky before then, you have a shit ton of slayer points to spend on skips or other shit.

Pretty sure gudi wasn't banned wrongfully depending on the ban reasoning. He was partially abusing the ancient godsword spec after it had been reported to jagex. To be fair to him, he didn't take items from the players he did it to but he was doing it because jagex was being slow about patching it. Would be enough to hurt their feelings and warrant a ban.

My f2p only account PowerH Our got wrongfully banned. I am a a production machinist so I am able to grind on my phone 9+ hours while at work and have gotten 99 cooking and was on my way to 99 smithing as well as 85+ crafting (Well over 1050 total level on a f2p) . Got banned for "using third party clients"??? I only ever used the jagex launcher on my computer and the mobile osrs app on my phone. Idk what to do because the appeal got denied and I dont have any of the social media pull of streamers.

If you check out cheater/botter forums and discords, they literally organize mass brigades about jagex having "bad customer service" and spam cry about false bans. I'm sure false bans happen but I'm also sure that most of the complaints we see are botters that were rightfully banned.

For the superiors... we should move the reward space of dust and mist staff's to another Npc (waterfiend and dust devils boss/demi-boss?) and give them the buff that the smoke staff has, as we have the combat rebalanced update I'd love to see these rare staff's be used? then once we move those items out of the Superior reward space just make the remaining two items a but less rare?
