Wojciech Kaftanowicz Nergals vocals were killer and they still are but I think the tempo and play speed made this sound like Groove Metal. Especially the intro guitar riffs.

Fuck all that “this isn’t good” bs.. this version is awesome as the rest.. the aggression and brutality is amazing.. it’s gritty and not perfect and that makes it even better!! Of course they are tighter now.. this was 10 ish years after they formed.. they have had lineup changes and 20+ years of playing together since this. but the being young and pissed off and aggressive is shining through!! I believe this is the original version that was first on the Satanica album. The version you’re probably thinking of is the re recorded one from an ep called eschaton that was released in 2008. After that, that was the version they started playing live instead
