Sanguine korvus, Our government smashed the constitutional tribunal, supreme court and the prosecutor general and minister of justice is the same person. They put their own dudes to state-owned comapnies etc. Additonally they spent some big money for a part of Polish Church, because so many elderly people love some sly priest from Toruń (city in Poland). The government has a deal with this guy. He has his own tv and radio stations. So you can imagine the rule of the deal. But, it is only a political shit. In Poland we still have the freedom and democracy. And Nargal and heavy metal are not a problem for government suckers. What is important , even 30 years ago (we had communism) metal bands wasn’t problem because much worse for them were polish punk rock bands like : Armia, Dezerter, TZN Xenna. KAT was asomething good for communist because it was in a opposition to Church which was a very important element of anticommunist underground. Today some old, mad and very important bishops have a problem (together with government) with LGBT and gender ideology and this is their real obsession. But even this is harmless. It is fucking only. Metal bands are not a problem for them. Poland is heavy metal land - Vader, Decapitated, Yattering, Trauma, Kat, Acid Drinkers, Turbo, Riverside and many others. However, I have heard that Behemoth several times had a problem in a gigs organisation in some small towns in public stages. Some old people in the villages organized some demonstrations several times... against satanic events :) But let’s be serious. In Poland you can play what you want. Especially metal. Believe me, we have much more angry bands here. Hitting the government. And even they just play and sing. If you want to get to know something more about real antisystemic fighters, you may read something about DEZERTER for example and Jarocin festival during the 80s. That was the real fuckin war against totalitarian schit. Behemoth is just fuckin great metal band. Our export product. In Poland it isn’t a mainstream but not an underground as well.

It's all calm and factual and doesn't try to incite any kind of violence or anything like that. Just a couple of people expressing their beliefs in the modern day. Nergal does a great job of explaining his beliefs even though English isn't his first language.

Katolicyzm jest wielowarstwowy: tłuszcza dostaje gołe przykazania, a taki ja np. czyta Arystotelesa, Św.Tomasza ORAZ słucha metalu i pomimo tego szanuje Katolicyzm, jakkolwiek z nieco innej perspektywy. Ale tradycja jest jedna, wspólna, niezależnie od punktu widzenia i jest to coś pięknego. W życiu przyszło mi zwiedzić kawał świata i stwierdzam, że ta nasza tradycja uchroniła nas od NIEWYOBRAŻALNEGO zacofania, głupoty... Recytowanie na pałę przykazań, wierzcie mi, to jest NIC w porównaniu z kulturami, gdzie np. nikt nie interesuje się pojęciem kłamstwa / prawdy, zła / dobra, bo liczy się np. tylko dobrobyt grupy, do której się przynależy. Ironia tkwi w tym, że kraje praktykujące tego rodzaju mentalność są przeważnie do cna skorumpowane i do bólu biedne.
