Alan Watts is the reason I was able to come out of my all-consuming depression. Furthermore his talks on religion has helped remove my anxiety about going to hell, which ever sence childhood I have been continuously tormented over the idea of. How a loving god could send anyone to hell. Especially being a God that is said to actually BE love. But through listing to Alan, this old way of thinking has disappeared. And now I've been able to come back to these things without that anxiety and fear. I can never understand for the life of me, how the people I try to turn on to Alan Watts just can't seem to actually listen to what he's saying and just say they don't like him. Or his voice more specifically. Idk. Oh well I guess. It's helped me tremendously
