They say Money can't buy you happiness! Steve Liebmann delves into the real life stories of high society, high stake tales of intrigue. When these couples said I Do, it was more than a union of love, it was a union of wealth and dreams. Poor girls hitting the rich husband jackpot, country girls finding a glamorous life in the city lights. But money did not buy happiness, it did not buy love it bought death and despair. These husbands and wives had dream marriages that ended in murder, prison and disgrace.

@BrigitteGoodman
@BrigitteGoodman 3 жыл бұрын
Why do you think it to be "brave"? Clothes are just pieces of cloth arranged according to social rules. In medieval times men wore tights and blouses and no-one mocked them. Get over it: Fashion is determined by what society tells you to accept as feminine or masculine. It is just an artificial construction to establish non existent boundaries between what is male and what is female. This is for power reasons and not a natural thing.

I don't think greed plays a role as much codepence and low self-esteem. Plenty of men and women (mostly women are documented as doing this but Casey Anthony and Jodie Arias have their male devotees as 2 high profile examples) will seek out relationships this way for reasons I won't list out here. But if you look it up, you'll see what I'm talking about. I looked the phenomenon after my friend's jobless uneducated ex killed their newborn son. During the trial, a woman showed up and it was announced she married him and "believed" he was innocent.

When you plan to file for divorce you don't stay in the same house with your soon to-be ex. He moves out or you move out BEFORE you crack your plans. Make sure you are NEVER alone with him. Femicide always happens because women think they won't be attacked by the man they shared their bed with and who fathered their kids. A fatal error.

The actor portraying Joe Pikel is non other than Australia's own Barry Crocker. Barry grew up in Geelong, Victoria and is renowned for his success(es) as a light comedian, T.V host and vocalist. His career has been extensive and varied but not without set-backs. He has performed in sketch comedy with Arte Johnson and has entertained in Europe and the U.S. He starred as 'Barry McKenzie' in two films written by Australia's Barry Humphries (aka Edna Everage). He's definitely not known to cross-dress but he is revered as an Australian entertainment legend.

But there are many good people who get killed...if all the bad ones did..we wouldn't have violent murderers and our world would be more peaceful lol. Serial killers also don't pick bad people..they pick decent people usually..they don't want to kill bad people like themselves. Abusive husbands usually have nice wives too that they kill.

On reading another story on the Pikul case, it was said Diane was a bit of a drama queen and stirred things up when she got bored or disinterested, hence the previous two divorces. That rarely bodes well with any guy and for that matter many relationships of any pairing. Still tragic. Again, kids with no parents due to lack of emotional maturity.

What is wrong with these women? Is money really worth your life? This is about the 50th situation I have read about or seen where some young pretty woman, marries anybody for money, get disillusioned, find out the man is a fiend and instead of getting in the wind, get a restraining order, or just leave, wait just a little longer so they can get a little more and wind up dead. And everyone talks of about how evil the husband was. Of course, he was evil in the beginning, he did not change, the woman did. And she wanted out, with more money than he was willing to give. And since we all know he is evil, he kills her. Surprise, surprise, surprise.
