The reason they got paid less is because of the lack of revenue compared to the men's one. 2018 World Cup :3.2 billion total viewers, 1 billion just for the finale,3. 0 millions in total for attendance and 6 billion in revenue. Women World Cup : 1 billion total viewers, 1.0 million total attendance, revenue? Less than 300 million.
