Alright, hear me out! If Justin wins this fight, I need to see a rematch with Dustin Poirier! I honestly think Justin had not lost to anyone Stand and Bang besides Poirier and Alvarez. Alvarez is no longer in the picture so that doesn't matter. After these fights, he had gotten so much better and style changed a bit (not crazy reckless anymore). I became a fan after how he picked apart Ferguson. I believe Gaethje and Poirier are two best Stand and Bang in Lightweight division (as of now, before tonight fight). As a Gaethje fan, I want redemption against Poirier

My opinion... Justin could never win against poirier or Nurm. I think Alvarez and Oliveira fights are in question. I think Gaethje regrets some fights even though he had fun.

That is an awful lot to go thru to make weight. Not sure how these guys perform the way they do after the physical toll of cutting weight. Legit question- Why don’t fighters fight at their walk around weight?

Because they will be 10-20 pounds smaller than the guy that cut weight. Justin is around 165-170 on fight night. Khabib and Makhachev are around 175 on fight night.
