@@Adrian-vb6gy 1- spiders aren't insects 2- wandering spiders are VERY defensive and pretty agressive when bothered even by a small gust 3- they're highly venomous and due to anti-venom it might not kill you but the pain alone is HELL so yeah, if you see one of these its better to kill, they're VERY fast and agile but if you want to try your luck and get the spider on a pot to leave it outside, its up to you but i really don't suggest trying, seeing them on an internet video is easy but dealing with them in real life is a whole other thing... i love spiders and i'm not in favor of killing them but if you are unsure of what a spider does or you know its dangerous, its better to be safe than sorry and i actually dislike when biologists try to be like "oh they just have a bad reputation... they're misunderstood" and as a person who LIVES with these spiders around, its not a "bad" reputation because they can indeed cause you great pain and if you have elderly people or kids around, it way better to just get rid of the spider for good.

Well that's not true. The quickest reported death from one is 30 minutes, and that was a small child. More commonly it takes hours, if the bite is fatal at all (which it still usually isn't). However, it is still terrifying because it's known for inducing priapism in men which can mess up your junk permanently if not treated.

Seems like a very logical reason to have a bad reputation. The humans main priority is still to make sure to survive, something that will attack you and might kill you is an obvious threat and therefore should not be ignored. There is no gain from letting the spider live just to kill you. You should deal with it in a logical way.

umm, why does the pic of the spider nest show the boards all the way to the floor in 2 directions, yet the pic of the bed shows nothing touching the floor but the legs?
