These breakdowns do such a great job of showing just how much talent and (maximum) effort go into making our favorite movies. The ILM team is second to none.

As a filmmaker myself, I love it incredibly also. But even this is only the tip of the iceberg in terms of showing what REALLY happens. 99% of people will NEVER understand how much work, effort, dedication, sacrifice, timing and luck gors into a truly successful fiom project. On the backend, the feeling you get with that success is more satisfying than words can describe.

The effects of Cassandra reaching through people's heads was _INCREDIBLE_ and I'd gladly watch a whole breakdown of all of those scenes, because they were not only spectacular looking, but really creative and interestingly coordinated. Just… hats off to the whole team who worked on the film all over. All the sets and scenes looked utterly top-notch, and it's spectacular to get even a little peek at all of the work that goes into the effects - as a brunt of the effort is all on meticulous details to polish them to the point that are so good that they're invisible.

I’ve been looking forward to this. The void has so much details that go unnoticed in the film. Breakdowns like this one really shows just how well mapped-out the environment was. Also, the CG doubles looked really good.

Amazing as always. I'd love to see more behind the scenes for the roto. Despite being less flashy that's definitely an underappreciated area of VFX. Show the normies how a green/blue screen doesn't magically do all the work!

i really love ILM it's unfortunate that vfx studios and artists in the industry have underbid themselves to the point where many artists doing these amazing works are struggling just to please the production houses like marvel, Guys you need to rise up and show them your worth . Very few directors even know what these vfx artist really do , ILM inspireed me to become a vfx artist, but with the current state of the industry , i am excited to work in studios like before , and most young and up coming artist feel the same way
