Really well presented video, one thing that I don't agree to is the Costco pick up, just from my personal experience, I walk in to Costco to buy products around $100, end up spending $300+, this additional business per customer would be lost, yes they might gain more orders/week with pick-up but not significant gain to revenue, also that would increase the operations cost.
