เวลาดูงานโชว์อะไรจะเห็นเบื้องหน้าบนเวทีอย่างเดียว รู้ว่าต้องมีการเตรียมตัวซ้อมแหละ แต่พอมาเห็นแบบนี้แล้วมันคือความตั้งใจของศิลปินจริง ๆ กว่าจะวางแผนการจัดการบริหารกับคนที่ต้องมาร่วมโชว์จองคิวต่าง ๆ เพราะเขาก็มีงานของเขา มันไม่ง่ายเลย คิดโชว์ว่าจะโชว์อะไรบ้างเรียงลำดับก่อนหลังให้รู้สึกว่าโชว์มันสมูทที่สุดไม่สะดุดอารมณ์ของคนดู การจับจองสถานที่ที่ต้องสอดคล้องกับจำนวนคนแนวทางของงาน แล้วคิดดูว่าทั้งหมดเขาทำเองกับทีมงาน คนที่ทำด้านนี้จะเข้าใจว่ามันยากและมีอะไรหยิบย่อยมาก ๆ มีอะไรโน่นนี่นั่นที่ต้องแก้เยอะ แล้วเขาทำออกมาได้ดีมากๆอ่ะ แล้วที่สำคัญมาก ๆ เลยความสบายใจที่จะทำงานร่วมกันของทีมงาน สังเกตว่าทีมงานที่ร่วมงานด้วยจะอบอุ่นน่ารักเป็นกันเองมาก แม้หลังงานคอนจนถึงทุกวันนี้มิตรภาพของพวกเขายังคงมีให้เห็นอยู่บ่อยครั้ง เวลาทำงานที่ไหนกับใครถ้ามันสนุกสบายใจก็อยากทำงานด้วยอันนี้คือธรรมชาติของคนเราเลย พัฒนาต่อไปนะพี่ มีผลงานออกมาเยอะ ๆ โดยเฉพาะสิ่งที่พี่รักผลงานทางด้านการแสดง รอติดตามชมผลงานครับ
