Eric has cute baby looking eyes. Also I think the advantage of Kpop in the West too is the expectations of professionalism within the system and checks and balances culturally. Like respecting seniority, or fan responses to dating prevents some negatives we have in the West. When it comes to culture their isn't necessarily a right or wrong just differences in strengths and weaknesses. No matter your culture the weak points will need to be grown through.
