Border collies are known to be working breeds with high energy, so Messi is probably a very happy dog cause he is constantly engaged in different activities that stimulate his brain (like remembering tricks, staying still, etc)

Just watched 'Anatomy of a Fall" and I was blown away by that scene where Snoop was sick and dying. I wasn't sure if I was watching an incredible animatronic dog, or if they actually made a real dog very sick, which infuriated me to think about. Literally as soon as the movie was over, I Googled 'Anatomy of a Fall' + dog and saw this link. WHEW! It never crossed my mind that a dog could be trained to do what Messi did in this movie. That dog is truly gifted. Amazing scene.

No disrespect to all the folks gushing over this dog but he’s not any more special than any other dog. Meaning they’re all special. Regardless if they can perform tricks and be in a movie. Let’s not base a dog’s value on whether they can entertain us… What I get from my dog, which is invaluable, is a constant reminder to be present and to love unconditionally. Those qualities are way more important than being able to roll over and play dead.
