You know it may seem like you have to do all of it 100% accepted, but no, maybe she has a skill that is invaluable to them that would compensate if she is lacking physically. She may be an elite negotiator, profiler or marksman for example. Stop judging people ok?

You have to be special agent first and you need a lot of training and I would probably go to the military for a while first
