Your videos are always so polished that it can be easy to think that you "just woke up this way." Thanks for showing the truth, ha! It's tremendously difficult to work without a reading off a script or teleprompter, speak extemporaneously, and still deliver such consistent high quality content. I can only imagine how much pre-work you do in terms of mocking up a script and practicing it ahead of filming day, too. (And how many takes you have to do as well) Thanks for all of the hard work you do. It is seen.

I listened to you quite a few years ago, with your mom at your side. It was my first time listening to anything on bipolar. I tried to convince my son to listen but I don’t think he did. Two years ago was a very bad time for us but we are healing. I’m glad to see you still reaching out to help others. I thank you.

This is great. I produce videos and films myself as my career, so it's fun to see someone else's behind the scenes work. I know how difficult it can be to produce what you are doing and also the joys of ambient/non wanted sound interrupting the clean audio you're wanting. Keep up the good work. As those of us who struggle with bipolar know what a blessing it is to have you explain and help us understand our illness just a little bit better. You're doing amazing work. Thank you for all that you do.

This is so awesome. I love that you show yourself as human, with curls and burritos ❣️ I frequently read your video comments and listen to your videos repetitively. There is no doubt you have given me so much comfort that I am not alone and defective which is what my mother told me throughout my 65 years. Her statements like I was too emotional, just deal with your problems, I am weak and a crybaby. She is 89 now and recently told me about a man who had a suicide attempt where she lives and she whispered to me, “You know he is bipolar.” Can’t thank you enough for the sense of normalcy and the vocabulary you have given all of us. ❤❤❤

My husband is cyclic he's not working. He's sleeping for 8- 10weeks. Then Manic it's gotten worse and worse..I'm at the end of the rope ready to leave him..I can't be the only one with income..he can't keep a job. I'm so scared what will become of him..please IF YOU.HAVE ANY ADVICE.

IT'S JUST AS BAD TELLING SOMEONE TO SNAP OUT OF A LEARNING DISABILITY AND BEING IN SPECIAL ED BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN BOTH SITUATIONS AND ALSO VERY PAINFUL.
