@@mapablue Yeah thank you. I figured it might be 'the Heretic' . However I could not place the speech in this clip, to the game. ... I think it must be from the scenes in one of the 'terminals'. Maybe I am wrong, but this must be where Heretic was learning what Halo was. Whereas in the campaign, the Heretic is already converted. Then I was struggling with why it was not the Arbiter learning the truth, since it was not his voice. (Hence must have been Heretic in a terminal scene.)
