I am not going to lie. There is something so clean and classy about spurs and Jose. This is the ultimate club for Jose. A club with small family values who are not expecting tittles and most importantly who don’t have an unrealistic imaginary history like united and its fans did. Most importantly Jose got this one right in terms of looking for the structure he wanted. I always said if Jose took over tottingham two years ago instead of going to united he would have won spurs a tittle and champions league. People have been saying he ‘wrecks clubs’, but thinking about his recent roles, he left Real Madrid just prior to them winning the Champions League numerous times from the help of some of his signings, he won Chelsea a league title and then admittedly the players turned on him, and then did a phenomenal job at Manchester Utd, to finish second and win 2 trophies with a poor poor squad is an achievement that Jose himself said was the best in his career. Please, Pep wins titles with teams that are used to winning them already. That Barcelona team won the champions league and la Liga in 2005 and lost to Liverpool on the semi-finals of 2007, the year before Pep Joins. He does a brilliant job there, but it’s not like he went to a losing team. Bayern Munich afterwards. he dominated the bundesliga which they had been doing Way before him and didn’t get UCL. Came to City that had a team that had been champions the years before (apart from Chelsea) and puts in 762M€. Wins domestically, but never internationally and sees Liverpool with 1/4 of the investment winning the UCL. Can’t be compared with mourinho winning with Porto and Inter, with Simone getting la Liga and multiple UCL finals with atlético, with Pochettino and especially Klopp with Liverpool.

Mou even wanted both of CBs at United. He can play double pivot of Winks/Ndombele/Dier, like he did with Cambiasso and Motta. The front four is in my view very, very strong with Dele, Son, Eriksen and Kane. The first 2 years period is when players give their everything to Mou. And these Tottenham players want to win something, so that mentality might also be the big factor.

Ok as a spurs fan we may have to encounter problems that may come up 1. Budget : Mourinho's wage is twice of Poch and Tottenham doesn't have much cash to buy many quality players 2. Poch's departure Poch's departure may lead to players like Son, Kane, Alli(who are loyal to him) to move along him if he finds a new club. 3. Transfer market with players like Eriksen, Vertongen, and Toby and new defenders Hopefully thing goes well for Jose for him to carry trophies

Our left back position is not our main problem at the moment. It is most definitely right back that is our weakest position. I’m interested to see what Jose will do there.
