After my epic fail buying Klim products. I'm really considering getting AS trousers, you guys really seem to be putting a lot of love, quality, dedication in these products!

I've got to ask, what was wrong with the Klim gear? I'm yet to really see a bad review of their stuff (other than the price)

@@nyedavis922 Klim Carlsbad: bought in March 2022. After the second (careful) wash following the labels the inner mesh pocket where you inser the D3O got torn. I wrote to my local shop and after long wait KLIM said inner mesh is not covered by their guarantee. I've ridden perhaps over 20,000kms in 2022. Rode the TET in the Balkans and Western and Central Turkey. And also ride around the Pyrenees where I live. Then I met the KLIM team at EICMA and they were surprised about my issues with the trousers so asked me to write directly to KLIM instead of my local shop. Guess what? Same answer, inner mesh is not covered by the guarantee. And about a week ago I went riding and had to ride through a narrow stone pass and to my surprise I got a whole just under the knee part. Honestly, I DO NOT recommend KLIM, ever! enough of their great marketing. I feel for it, I know. Was thinking about Mosko but everyone complains about their weird cuts and I've got a bit of a funny body shape (1,68cms / 5'6''ft) so I've been keeping an eye on AS products for some time now and I think I'll get a pair of trousers from them.

@@nyedavis922 I'm a recent covert to AS gear, very pleased with the cut and quality. I tried another UK brand which espouses the Layered approach. Unfortunately the production quality was very poor ,stitching coming adrift after very little regular use. 👍👍 For AS.

Great video Greg. I got the Baltic Insulated for Christmas. Best gift ever! The suit Sean wears looks great, that would be perfect here in the nordic countries. BTW. I am still hoping for the Linesman pants in black ;)

Great video, would the Supershirt and the Linesman pants be suitable for hot weather by themselves on hot days, especially in dry areas, or should a light jacket be used?

i love my supershirt! It’s the perfect piece of clothing to wear during summer! I’m wearing it with a very thin jacket because sometimes in the early hours of the day it can get a little bit chilly.

@@gradocchio it is really comfortable to wear on hot summer days. as soon as you drive a little faster 😜 it cools you down quickly. I've sweated in it quite a few times, but the it dries very quickly. it takes a bit of time to get used to as the supershirt is very tight on the body. but I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

With the linesman trousers do you tend to wear waterproofs if the weather is dry, but the track is full of water filled ruts ? I love the idea of them, but I’m thinking that the advantage of breathability and flexibility might become an issue if I’m soaking wet for a hours ride back home.

They are super fast drying, when I ride back home in them after sweaty trails I'm dry before I have the chance to be cold!

@@adventurespec I’ve bought the super shirt already I’m trying to decide if I buy the linesman jacket, or the single track - can’t afford both. As I wear MX boots I’m thinking that the over boot trousers are a better option. I’d back both up with cheap waterproofs if necessary. Would you agree ?

The SuperShirt is awesome, except for the elbow armor which is strangely off centered. I can see in this video it doesn’t sit right on Greg either. Other than that, absolutely love all my AdvSpec gear.
