I just got back from a week of vacation where I was on 4 flights and I really appreciate all that flight attendants do for the passengers. What is the average pay scale for flight attendants based on your level of seniority, length of tenure, title, etc.?

Here’s a link to all the FA hourly rates! Which is kinda cool to see overall. flightattendant.pro/flight-attendant-hourly-rates/ It looks like a lot for an hourly rate but most FAs aren’t working 40hrs a week😅 you can but you would be killing yourself. I would say average I work about 20 flight hours a week sometimes more if I need extra money! That’s the great thing about this job- you can work as many hours as you want but if you aren’t flying, you aren’t getting paid😂 The hourly rate does not include boarding pay and per diem. Maybe I can make a video around my pay to give you guys an idea if y’all are interested!

I like my own space when I'm sleeping. If I stay at a hotel, I like to sleep in the bed closest to the bathroom.

I think I’ve never seen you smile that much when getting up at 4:30am… I understand friends make it easier but still…thats bloody early 😮 You even got adjoining rooms! Hopefully you got some amount of sleep just by going to bed early? Or does your body refuse to sleep earlier than normal? Minni is far away from everything, esp if you’re on ice crushing duty😂 I’ll forever be amazed passengers *want* to fly that early though…. Or that people can sleep with TV on, heh. (Not surprised to hear friends jingle though 😊) Flight attendant looks like a though job to me, good that you still love it 🎉

Haha yes it definitely makes it easier to wake up at 4:30am when you have a friend😂 Most people think FAs go out and explore on every layover but honestly I’m always so tired I crash as soon as I get to the hotel! I never have a hard time getting to bed early. I only enjoy the early reports because they get you home earlier! If you choose a late trip sign-in you will get home late. I’m usually a morning person but 4:30am is even hard for me😅
