There is an assistant who puts the item on the fork, behind the table you see. He is reaching directly in front of himself and picking up the item with a large fork to make it seem that he is tiny and the items are normal sized. This is very similar to how the scene in Bilbo Baggins' kitchen was filmed to make Gandalf look like he is twice as big as Bilbo in The Fellowship of the Ring film.

Forced Perspective. Mr. Walt Disney first used this on his Disneyland Castle. The castle as it goes higher & higher, used a certain scale ratio such that it well appeared taller than what it really is. Pretty cool!

Ok so the size trick has been used in many films such as darby o' gill and the little people, basically part of the set is larger than the person supposed to be small and the camera is placed in a certain way so that way it looks (relatively) normal, as for the food that he eats i assume that was edited in seeing as the fork he uses doesnt actually touch the plate and if you look at the top view there is nothing on the fork, have a lovely day😁

Tobert They did edit the chair at the start of the video to make it look like it was right up next to the table at the same height and on the same flooring. Once he falls you’ll notice that the chair seems to be on an older wooden floor and looks like it’s been moved further back on a lower surface. Basically the shot looks realistic at the start, but they removed the photoshop/editing for the sake of making the video work, so by the end it loses that touch up and realism
