YH takes you backstage at the Nederlander Theatre in NYC where the musical 'Newsies' is delighting musical theatre fans! We catch up with star (and BroadwayWorld.com's second sexiest Broadway actor) Corey Cott in his decked out dressing room where he shows off all the gifts and trinkets he's received from his devoted "fansies"! Then Michael Fatica and Jess LeProtto show us some of the towering set pieces and a typical pre-show warm-up! Plus, the tireless stars reveal how they keep every performance fresh and new! Habit. You learn it with a smile, you perform it with a smile. Iv had to go to the ER after injuries during performances and i smiled and performed the rest of the way because muscle memory.

Fight call? Or flight call? What was it?

Fight call (: it's when you rehearse certain "trouble spots" or just tough dances, etc. before the show to make sure that the performers have it down

horselover123417 Emily Johnson Haha, no. FIght call is when you rehearse the fights every night before the show at about 30% to make sure that when the fight occurs during the show, nobody is injured. This is the same for stunt call.
