there was a subtle, yet clear message towards AI being used to replace jobs that people are passionate for (Gromit and his garden), how it takes the humanity out of things, and how it can ultimately be used for evil. Definitely my favourite kind of messaging.

In the same way, I want to shout out Feathers McGraw. His face doesn't even move like Gromit's and they were still able to show very clear emotion and expression because of the sheer skill these animators have.
@jonathanb1406
@jonathanb1406 Ай бұрын
@@joshogrady7576 Yeah, I think in the same way they do so much with just Gromit's eyes and hands to be so expressive, they manage to get so much out of Feathers just with head tilts and hands (fins? wings?). Just incredible skill and talent even at just an observational level before you even get to the skill behind the animation itself.

I like the message that technology shouldn't replace human reaction is something that the series has been tapping into for decades, and it's a good message too.

My father turned 70 this year. Wallace and gromit has long been our tradition, watching the films on vhs or on rare occasion seeing them in theaters. We live across the pond, so when we found a single theater in our state showing Vengence Most Fowl, we knew we had to make it work, even if it meant a bit of hooky on my dad's part. I know this is probably the last wallace and gromit he's going to be alive to see in theaters, so it means a lot to me that we've been able to do it one more time for old times sake. Thank you aardman, for keeping wallace and gromit charming, handmade, and extremely British

You can see exactly why it was such a devastating loss when the studio burnt down in 2005 and they lost all their models and sets etc. No wonder they were unsure whether they would ever be able to finance/make another W&G film again. So glad they did though. W&G is engrained in British culture at this point. As a 35 year old man, watching Vengeance Most Fowl on Christmas day with the family all sat around instantly transported me back to the Christmases of my childhood. Magical stuff.

I've watched every Wallace and Gromit movie with my son. Like the Ghibli studios, Aardman Studios are one of the last that make movies that are pieces of art with handcrafted stuff. We can all feel the passion of the creators and all the staff as if it was their first movie. Unlike Disney who betrayed everything that made it what it is, Aardman is clearly not here for the money. It's rare in 2025.

It makes you proud to be British when you watch Wallace & Gromit. There are a few legendary U.K. shows, Only Fools & Horses, The Office & Blackadder for example that will always be talked about & loved but Wallace & Gromit has to be truly the most loved one. It’s impeccably pristine, the skill, the cuteness, the story, the buildings, the voices, the jokes, the music & I love that they’ve never toned down a northern accent or changed it to southern. Best of British, it really is. Imagine if we could just get rid of mainstream news and had Wallace & Gromit present the news. How could we ever be sad!

I always admire the detail, the dedication and the craftsmanship of stop motion clay animation and I have to give soooo much credit to the animators and those who work on these types of films for having the patience of a saint to bring these characters in stop motion films to life. That can’t be easy given how Hollywood is obsessed with tight deadlines and trying rush things. Animation in general is like watching snails. It takes a very very long time a animated feature film especially if it’s stop motion. I really do admire the hard work the people put into making this film and all the other Aardman films in the past. Bravo Aardman, I applaud you!! Keep up the fantastic work as always!! 👏🥰👏
