You can see Bruno is a born leader by the way he was talking to Cavani and Pogba before the game started. Coady was doing the same with the Wolves players but Maguire was no where to be seen. He is just not a born leader. Even Lindelof communicates more with his teammates when he's playing. Maguire just looks out of place at the club. Ole messed up big time with that captaincy. You can't expect a new player from a small club to captain better and more senior players at a new club.

Watch the number of times Bruno communicates with different team mates during a game and compare to Maguire. Tell me who behaves more like a captain. Watch how Lindelof encourages De Gea when he makes a great save in a game and how he is quick to motivate the other players in a game compared to Maguire. Where was Maguire today when all the players were mobbing Bailly at the end of the game? He was no where to be seen as captain when he should have been first in line.
