In my opinion, the a7SIII is a well rounded video camera than the R5 is. Ticks every box, removes almost all inconveniences, it's a lowlight monster, and takes Raw shooting out of the camera. This is probably the closest any camera manufacturer has ever gotten to the "Perfect" camera. Of course, this is just my opinion. Great Video Benn! It's very obvious the work that went into this production. I never ever take that for granted. Amazing work always!!!

I agree and what ever this overheating issue is they will sort it out I’m sure. I would take the canon over this Sony all day long. The Sony does look great and I’m not knocking it - i concur with your overview :)

Extremely useful footage to see the camera at work in moving shots. Even showing the unedited footage would have been better to see if the camera autofocus really tracks well all along in a complex moving situation. Thank you for this excellent video.

I saw the Sony 16-35mm F2.8 Gm and the Sony Zeiss 24mm being used. The makro lens looked like a sigma, so it probably was the Sigma 70mm F2.8 Macro.

@@yosam.mp4 he probably used the 24-240 and because you see the blue zeiss on the lens, and the aperture was 1.4, if you look up a 50mm zeiss 1.4 it looks exactly like that lens

Sony claims the A7Siii has a new visible light and IR sensor. Are they referring to the 35mm image sensor or the tiny receiver next to the new IR transmitter at the front of the camera? I am asking because my a99ii blocks IR completely and I am hoping to use it for astrophotography.
