I got a some costume armor pieces from wish . com for my son for Halloween. I would really like to weather and personalize his set. Any ideas? The armor is all black...would the same steps work?

It depends on the quality of the gear, but yes it should work! Although you may need to use more highlights to get that feeling of wear and depth though!

@@zancampbell4224 thank you! The pieces are not very high quality..only paid $30 for bracers, breast plate and shoulder pauldrons.

I’m new here and in love with this channels content and videos! This is so awesome!!! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos and share them!!! Super glad I stumbled across this page. So I have a question about the flexibility cut you made. When you do this is there a potential that the cut will get bigger as you use these? If so is there a way to do something to prevent or slow the process? Like adding some stitching to the end of the cut so it can’t stretch or would that not even be necessary? Maybe you have another idea? Thank you Oh one last question: do you have or plan on adding more videos for women and or children’s costumes? All the female type videos I can find are for the proper Fair Maiden or princess type. I’d love to see more female warrior figure type (night, archers etc) sorry if that’s an off topic request/inquiry but I figured it couldn’t hurt to ask.😁 Love the content regardless and stoked to be a follower 🥳

There is always a potential for that, but yes, stitching as reenforcement would work, and if it goes too far, stitching it all the way back on would add a cool detail!
