Its the champioship, it was games in the whole Czech Republic, so the all refs from the championship are in one hotel, and thay need to travel to stadium where they do their job

It is the blue fill light. You`ve got hair in the shadow and a side of the forehead is lit and creates the highlight. I can guarantee You if they put that light on the opposite side, the effect will be the same.

Because it’s a tournament in the whole of Czech Republic. So all the refs are based in one area in the country and then they’re dispatched for the matches
