I think it's because of her diet. She needed to develop muscle for her role in this drama, and she had ever said years ago that it's hard for her to develop body muscle because she has high fat proportion in her body even though she's very slim. That's why her diet for this role seems quite extreme and some people were throwing salty comments (you can check it in her episode of Omniscient Interfering, just search it in KZbin). I think the truth is she needed to do diet to decrease her fat before developing muscles, and that's why she became thinner lately while she's actually trying to develop her muscles. Sorry for the long explanation, I'm just sad that people were constantly commenting and complaining that she did not suppose to diet anymore because she's already too thin..
