How much space do you leave for toe room space on your basketball shoe? like finger's width or as close to the edge of the shoe as possible?

I prefer a closer snug fit rather that have half a thumb kind of room

@@soledoutreviews Yeah I like a snug fit as well, my widefoot's getting me problems with fit though ight now I have like 1cm to 1.5cm space on my shoes I need to half size up (them nikes are narrow) Would you think 1-1.5cm space would be bad on the book 1s?
