Dental benefits for low income families are already free in almost all provinces and territories. So $600 for children without any proof of paying a dentist is totally not acceptable. I would support if the dentist had to submit the claim. This is clearly wealth redistribution. CERB gave out money the same way - to dead people, people in jail, federal employees receiving a wage, the list can go on and on. This is all ridiculous…

This elite group should support all types of students, not just phd scholars. They ahould also offer grants or scholarships to less well to do students who want to wnter Red Seal trades programs. Some of these apprenticeships cost $10s of thousands fees. Plus tools of the trade for them to start up can cost thousands more. And I think Canada in much more need of more mechanics, electricians, etc. These peopke are generally frombless wealthy famils who could use the finacialnassistance
