Behind the Walls of my 1910 Fixer House - Mid Demo Look

Getting this bathroom "right" has been a long standing project since I've owned this house.
As far as I can see there are three eras of work.
1910: Original lathe and plaster walls, wood floor
1970: Tub enclosure, gypsum board, hippie wallpaper, linoleum floor
2015 (date is printed on the back of trim pieces): Slap some plywood & restaurant kitchen style plastic sheeting over top of all surfaces. Paint everything white.
Before all this work was done, I had a crawlspace company come out and poor 3 new footers so this room won't sink any further into the ground. Once demo is complete I'm going to have the bathroom (and rest of the house) re-piped since it has mostly galvanized water lines with some copper for a new configuration of tub + sink + shower.

That wallpaper and the avocado paint is absolutely 1970's. I'm still scarred.
