There is an option for navigation, which is only 795, if you are into that and can't/don't want to use your phone. Interesting to hear about the traction control, as I was of the understanding that you had to hold down the button to deactivate the TC. Wish it would have been a longer review, with more about the HUD, sport modes and MR suspension. Thanks again!

Finally be proud of?? C2, Mako Shark, C4 (prob longest running), C5, C6…. All fantastic cars. C5 and C6 handling with supercar performance. I think America has been proud of the Vette for decades.

Host doesn't seem very knowledgeable about the car.Good video but describing the Z51 package as bigger wheels and trim pieces is an utter failure. Although 455 Hp is more than sufficient for a sportscar with a base price of $54,000.00, I agree with you. I felt Chevy should have included into this new C7 Stingray the same amount of power as in the previous generation Z06. That way the 7th generation base Corvette's (C7 Stingray) power would begin at 507 Hp. And that would also put the C7 Stingray's power a bit closer to that of the upcoming Z06, which will be 650 Hp.

tmat04 Not really. The 6.2 liter engine puts out about 74hp per liter. 74 x 6.2 =458.8 compare that to the Ford Coyote engine that produces 87hp per liter from a smaller 5.0 liter 87 x 5.0 = 435. Now if the Corvette LT1 produced the same hp per liter as the Mustang engine it would be BADASS! 87 x 6.2 = 539.4 hp naturally aspirated. Now that's what I'm talking about. The new LT1 only makes 20 more than the last C6

There are some sportscars that possess more hp than others, but are outperformed by those with fewer. A Mclaren MP4-12C with 592 hp can outperform a Ferrari F12 Berlinetta with 730hp, in a drag race.

I have a friend who is partnered with TGN. The subscribers are not what matter but the amount of monetized views is what matters. He has like 5k subs but averages 60k views a month. He makes about $50 every month. It's about $1-$6 every 1000 views. A good amount of his views aren't monetized views since people have ad-block so he really only has about 40k views.

I'm sorry, but who gives a damn about navigation in cars in this day and age? Maybe it was something to talk about in 2006, but this is 2014. In-car navigation is outdated before it's even released, and everyone knows it. Who's going to pay a couple thousand dollars extra for POS tech that's not even as good as the FREE apps you can get on your phone(assuming your phone doesn't already come with a GPS/Map feature built in, which most do)?

This idiot review quotes " The first american super car we can be proud of " hey jerk most americans are proud of C1 through C7 corvettes, Ford GT, and Dodge Vipers. You should relocate to europe. Also the last corvette C6 was a looker always getting compliments on its design and respect at gas stations. This young fast and furious crowd like this new busy design. The C7 is growing on me but im sick of reviewers not respecting the older corvettes in these reviews. Those cars were the baddest on the block when they were first released too.
