have you tried the method where you put nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk as the base for the eyebrow color? c:

Yes, I have! I think it's handy for when you really need really white or pastel eyebrows, but the consistency of it is not my favorite.

Jin! behindinfinity ah! thank you for the response !! im looking at that method since im gonna cos a white haired character and god knows how hard it is to conceal brows. plus they look so unnatural too so im trying to avoid that method :b

Ah! I think it depends on the character but for white hair I personally would still go for partially light grey brows rather than completely white. If I may suggest what I'd personally do - maybe use a light grey pencil to fill in the base shape, then try your luck finding a white mascara (even one that's made for your eyelashes) to color the brow hairs. You can pat on some white eyeshadow to blend it with the grey base in places you think would need it.
