This is one of the most preeminent, monumental songs to come out of the 1980s. Still resonates powerfully today. Only now as an adult, have I truly grasped the significance behind the lyrics. Thanks for showcasing this great track and excellent band.

It is a very enjoyable song, although I will admit as a 90's baby I didn't know the lyrics. It is kinda like Fortunate Son. You hear one song, it takes place during Vietnam. You hear the other, You know it takes place in the 80's.

As I've mentioned before, I enjoy your content because you are so thorough and precise in your description of whatever band you're talking about! I don't leave many comments, but I was inspired to do so because I thought about my 2nd favorite song of all time! It's A Long Way There by The Little River Band from their debut album! I think it's a very underrated song, mainly because it's not that well known! I realize you can't feature everything your viewers request, but I hope you end up featuring this amazing tune! Thanks a lot and take care! LET me get one more request in because I don't always have time to leave comments! The timeless classic Nights In White Satin by The Moody 💙 Blues! Thanks again and have a great one!

No way, way ! This is one of my daughter's favorites. Shes right . these little ones will get humanity over the bridge. If We instill love and kindness in them instead of hate an malus . we will have peace on this rock, the upcoming generations will set humanity right like plil Collins said in this land of confution . No such things as coincidences ... Ty janda . ✌️

It's ironic that Don Henley would cover this song, while refusing to allow other artists to cover anything with his name on it, or even from anything with his name on it from being played on KZbin.
